Yes? You can watch it in chunks and enjoy it at your own leisure. Though, they should try to do highlights, especially for their official ID and English channels since there are huge gaps between updates between videos. Maybe a once-a-week recap if trying to condense the funny parts of individual videos can be daunting for 1 clipper. I think they should hire a collective of clippers to do that but it'd probably be less cost effective to just turn a blind eye to their monetization and let them do all the work for them without directly paying them.

Listen, I know you think clippers are shitty, and a lot of them are no doubt. However, vtubers wouldn't be nearly as big as they are in the west if it wasn't for them. Even Cover themselves recognize this since they don't do anything to take down their channels even though they are technically stealing their content. Clippers clipping hololive content allowed Cover to take the risk of starting HoloEN who, no matter your opinion of them, have been a smashing success.

A clip is just a small bit of a stream. While highlight videos are meant be like watching a whole stream just edited without all lame parts in it.

They all have the money to hire a editor for highlight videos. Just laziness on management/the talent. Clickthrough rates in videos are tiny and having a middleman to get to the creator is horribly inefficient.
