They did the same with the Sorairo Days, Gura sounded like shit in there, especially when compared to Matsuri clean voice.
I don't know who's in charge of the mixing but they need to get their shit together.

I agree that the BGM could have been lowered a bit. The robotic effect is due to the fact that the song is originally a vocaloid song (the cover of the song done by other holos use the effect even more), so it doesn't bother me but I understand why people wouldn't like it.

The pitches in her voice when she's singing are far away from how she usually sounds.

Nevertheless the song overall is touching. And it integrates well with Kiara's voice.
