I feel like EN in general was quite rushed on their first debut. The only well made model seems to be Callies right of the bat, Ames second.

Ina's model felt like it was a little rushed, so it was like an animated concept art, it was very static, no accessories or motion, just an A pose. But the art was great.

Then both Kiara and Gura share the same issue, while the art is alright the face rigging looks very bad. It just looks completely fat whenever they look to the side or up. Now its even more apparent on Guras new body, the shadow of the neck is so dark that the head looks like a cardboard cut out. Cover really needs to give Kiara and Guras face a redo.

The best one looking so far out of all of Holo seems to be Nene's but its also quite new.

I'm an AAA dev and it only takes months if you have little idea what you're doing, or are the most autistic artist ever *and* covering brand new territory.
I know nothing about vtubers, but I assume Cover has at the very least a basemesh for artists to work with considering all anime characters look the exact same. A decent character artist should have a model that meets Cover's quality bar sculpted, retopo'd and textured within 1 to 2 weeks.
On some stylized productions I've seen character artists get something that looks close to the final in-game model (with polypaint rather than a proper lowpoly) in ONE DAY. There's still a lot of work to be done from there, but months is absolutely ridiculous.
