Having played both I would say that yeah, 6 is an improvement over 5, and with its expansions it has enough content to stand on its own against 5.
They both still have the same problem when playing versus AI, though: the game is only hard because the AI (which is dumb as shit) is given massive bonuses, and once you cheese your way out of the early game hell, finishing matches becomes a snoozefest.

I'm late to the sperging, but regardless. The lack of streams is indeed troublesome (certainly not as much as dramaniggers think, but whatever), but the solution is simple. >We must force her to post weekly schedules, even if it's completely blank. There are many factors for this sparseness of streams. IRL crap, useless meetings at absurd hours, multiple simultaneous projects, cancellation of previously greenlit projects she already invested work on. She doesn't like cancelling streams, and certainly wouldn't like posting blank schedules. She's also uncomfortable with promises because management may throw her under the bus.
Schedules alone will force her to deal with her own incompetence and start to refuse management's bullshit, eventually. She has already started complaining on stream, and the support she already got and will continue to get will encourage her to improve further.
Worst case scenario, public pressure will make her take a step back and reconsider if she really enjoys this job and if she truly wants to continue working in hololive.

If your argument ends in "she will ignore it" and an implied "it's likely nothing will change", most people won't go along with it.
