A lot have been said about "viewer clout" but no one has explained what it means: a chuuba will often take a raid suggestion for a raid from a long time viewer; for her, it means nothing, she has to raid every day.
Lumi for /pcg/ fame has no time to read the thread, and not desire to. At best she egosearches, and regrets it every time. Her long time viewers do, and so, they recommended Clio.
Your aim should be not to be to get many viewers, but one of the very influential ones, the types that have watched a chuuba for years and never suggested anyone but who might suggest you.

Fallout New Vegas is such a diverse game in choices that I love to watch vtubers playing it. Especially if they are returning players. I'm not a big fan of first time players because they send mixed messages. For example if their favorite groomer gives them tips or lore dumps he's being helpful, but if a schizo does it they freak out and start crying.
Anyway point is that regular players who've already found their style in fallout new Vegas are a barrel of fun to watch because their choices often vary so much from my own and as a regular player I enjoy a different perspective.
Some vtubers are able to explore RP value while playing fallout new Vegas too.
