Miko was so unpopular for the longest time she almost quit. Literrally held on only necause of Mio, fubuki and Korone. Same for Suisei and Azki, though they held on more or less on their own.

Robocco and Sora are the closest to simething like "pillars", despite their performance, because they were always steady and reliable.

Gen 2: Subaru, Aqua
Gamers: Korone
Gen 3: Pekora, Rushia, Marine
These girls built the character of hololive. Coco and Polka built upon it. Others were either insignificant, too lazy or came too late.
