Mori wanted a label sooo badly, but obviously she wanted it with her roommate. This is a compromise she had to make, and SHE thinks that after the Mori-UMG contract expires, she can move away from Holo and then re-sign a deal with the label as her RM.
By helping her sign with UMG AS MORI, Cover ensures the following -
