Compared to that Hachi's company seems to be like an understaffed startup similar to Re:Act from their earlier days in that they lack the desire to control things and have a weaker desire to grow.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like you're comparing 2 different audio codecs. yt-dlp considers the 96kbps Opus audio to be the "best" on the Vimeo stream which is more efficient than AAC at lower bitrates so it defaults to downloading that. There's a 2nd audio stream on Vimeo that's 192kb/s, the same bitrate as Z-aN. That being said it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Z-aN is superior.

In short, AAC at 192 kbps is almost transparent for everyone except anal audiophiles (in fact lots of audio you hear online will only be AAC at 128 kbps). Opus is more efficient but 96 is still way too low.
And do not be confused by yt-dlp "best". There is a big warning in the manual that it only means pre-combined formats, so it could give you 720p video even for 1080p streams. What you want is actually "bestvideo+bestaudio/best". But yt-dlp aside, you can trust the bit rate.

I do agree that at points she feels more like a instrument then a lead as the music builds to a crescendo, but I never feel like she's drowned out or inaudible. The entire album was a really beautiful composition and a nice contrast with the preceding one that was super vocally focused in Toumei.

She got stuck with normie fans and management and missed out on the Hololive target audience, but she is trying to do more streams and is more present.
I still remember her last VR live in Cluster.
It felt like a fantasy setting version of a Macross anime with her singing on a flying ship with a dragon attacking the ship during the performance.

Her live events are memorable and she has a good and comfy personality.
I hope she makes another VR live again.

I can see it somewhat on Arcadia if you just came off the previous album, but I think the louder music does a great job conveying the sense of wonder and energy that the tracks are supposed to evoke since the entire concept album is supposed to tell a story. I feel like Fotizo has her voice front and center for most of it except for the parts with the radio-like vocal edit where it's supposed to be conveying a sense of distance, though, and I fucking love the staccato parts in that song.

That would explain why those game streams seems to have disappeared from her channel.
After she moved to her current company it seems they were trying to replicate what other vtubers were doing, but maybe the difference in their audience was not a good fit for gaming content.

She could try to do more frequent singing streams.
She used to have a radio stream with guests related to music.

A long time ago she did them in Cluster and they would perform a few songs in VR.
I miss those times...
Cluster seems to have been abandoned by popular vtubers after the Corona pandemic.
