The usual live2d process on the artist's side usually involves the artists handing out a PSD with every moving part separated on their own individual layers and the character itself facing front, with maybe some additional notes and drawings on how shit should look from the sides.

I dunno if every single Hololive artist has been handing out layered PSDs, some artists might have just turned in flattened ones.

Either way, a good rigger should be able to even cut out a flattened drawing themselves into their individual parts, and fill in the gaps.

If it's a pre-layered PSD, it's even more relatively trivial to lay everything out to start rigging and making adjustments.

There's no excuse for a professional live2d rigger, but this rigger clearly isn't one.
