Her voice is annoying

Marine is not my oshi but I really like her contents and have been watching her since her debut since she's a close friend of my oshi (Korone).

Singing is hit and miss, same setlist for the most part, but at least she knows how to use her voice to make song viral, couples with coomer bait MV for maximum outreach.

So-so when it comes to narrating games (depends on the type of games). Her horror game streams are pretty good due to her over exaggeration. She does really well when it comes to top down management sim games though. Her RimWorld streams are some of my favorites in Hololive. The rest are okay-ish, but Marine doesn't play game much nowadays. Pekora and Korone are better as pure let's play streamer I think.

God-tier zatsudan and improv skills. Prime sencho (pre-throat hurt condition) is the best vtuber you can have when it comes to hyping up a show. She can MC and role play with anyone and is very versatile. Look up some of her old clips (i.e. kindergarten roleplay, Mitsuhiko, pikachu, 3D) and you can see how Marine ran the show. Her banter with listeners are great to listen to even if she's not your oshi.

The best quality about Marine is her ability to navigate corporate politics. She knows when to push her manager to approve her projects, MVs, and in general her proactiveness and professionalism regarding Vtubing is very admirable. I think Marine and Polka are some examples of pushing Vtuber as a medium beyond just streaming karaoke/video games.

Her worst qualities are the inability to listen to her doctor, resulting in constant issues with her throat. Even during her supposed 'rest', she still went on to do recordings and strained her vocal cords. Overall she doesn't seem like the type that can take care of herself when needed. I hope this throat issue doesn't get any worse.

The grave mistake she made was how she gladly killed her throat to pay for burning passion ignited from coco graduation last year, and abused her throat like half a year with overworking and almost everyday streaming before she and her throat suddenly broke down during last December.

It took half a year up to this late May for her throat to heal, just to find out she only "recovered" part of it, the rest is gone and she now has to live with her fucking destroyed, weak throat while trying her best not to fuck it up again despite being the busiest holomem. So most of her stress now stemmed from caring that weak-ass throat, and with slightest sign of sore throat she has to stop streaming which is, very ironic, since she had sacrificed (half of) her throat for passion, but now the throat is slowly killing her passion, and her career's full potential too.

Combining with coof incident and Rushia yab which killed part of her motivation and turned her into more menhera person, it's still quite a miracle to me that despite all above tragedies she hasn't turned into one of Manjigumi, yet. As her fan I hope she won't give up streaming soon.

Would you motherfuckers stop perpetuating these rrats that Marine lost her passion for streaming, Marin still loves to stream and interact with her fans (her superchat readings most of the time turn into mini zatsus) the thing is she is really busy most of the time, that's the problem with her having been a corporate drone for so long, to her is almost physically impossible to turn down projects that are offered to her combined with her throat not being in the best of conditions anymore results in her focusing her time on finishing the commitments she has already accepted at the first sign of throat problems.
It is true that she has had her menhera episodes (especially depressive ones) in the past but I feel that the success of her latest projects (her two concerts and MVs, especially the overwhelming success of the last one) have motivated her and boosted her mood and I feel that now that she is the most popular holo in JP it has given her a new lease of life and a kind of comeback even though she is not streaming as much as before because of the problems I mentioned before.
In conclusion Marine still loves to stream but is absurdly busy most of the time as a result of being too successful.
