It's not hard to do if you're home and watching it live with nothing else to do. You can tab out and listen and do other stuff too. Watching a 7 hour VOD though...fuck that. I usually watch like.....2 hours, realized I haven't been paying attention, pause it with the intention to watch the rest, leave it paused on a tab for like a week, then eventually give it up.

Additionally, a reason you shouldn't feel guilty about not watching every moment of every single stream is because you're probably not a member which means you won't get to see the membership streams which means you won't actually be able to achieve 100% completion of anyone's streams. And that's before mentioning the unarchived streams which sometimes nobody records.

Granted, if you're a member, you probably should be watching every stream in order to get your money's worth.
