I've noticed that most of artist/illustrator who create a vtuber avatar are bad at designing a character or a costume.
all of those talented/skillful artist are shit at design, why don't they hire a character designer?
Shouldn't they have a dedicated designers to design the character and artists to produce the character?

Rurudo is the most /fa/ holo artist and arguably one of the best artist in general to be associated with hololive, along with ttomari. Towa's outfits were all consistently 10/10 in comparison to other holos' alt outfits. Too bad the design/avatar was wasted on Towa though.

Ollie's design is amazing. Immediately pops out, unique silhouette, the sword dango thing is creative as hell, it's also just really cool to look at. LAM knocked it out of the park.
