I think she tends to be a bit too loud and brash - she talks over other chuubas in collabs, tries to redirect attention to herself a lot.
This can occasionally work if the collab partner(s) are willing and able to play ball, but more often than not she ends up overwhelming more passive partners, which can be annoying.

Kiara is a complete Stacy. She thrives on actual physical response and pro-activeness. She has an appetite for life, and likes to see and be apart of something.

This scares the girls who are all reserved, but also they can't help but be infected by her liveliness, which is why they probably actually like her a lot.
