Hololive is the only possibility I can imagine to cause this mass of graduations and they are getting late to release a new generation.
It reminds me of what happened to Namirin's channel deleting most streams with a pause announcement before the Hololive switch.

From that perspective Yoshika would be the one most at risk of a graduation because she has a similar profile and target audience to the graduated vsingers, but they may have already filled all the positions for their new groups or she doesn't want this.

However if this mass reincarnation happens things won't be the same.
6 months is a long time to wait without a clear confirmation of what's coming next.

Lapis waited 1 and a half year to reincarnate after doing a graduation with a similar feeling because of her failed company but it was far too long.

Hibari's very good. He has a bland voice that doesn't stand out but at least doesn't sound like a homo. Shows good technique in a variety of different types of songs in his only uta. Unfortunetly he doesn't seem to want to sing more as both singers need to show me a bigger sample size currently.
For Taylor his best strengths are basically Yuuri's, his power and those extremely exaggerated growls that make his performances stand out. I want to see if his singing without a guitar is potentially even better. He's also got known past experience and seems much more invested into his music career and is likely going to pump out more musical content.
Both are good but Hibari is the type of guy I would only listen to once while it feels like I can listen to Taylor's style over and over again without getting tired of it. But that could be my preference for liking Yuuri so much.

I didn't know her in her pre youtube days so I can't tell, but to me Hololive feels soulless because of their sociopathic and incompetent management watering down any originality and creativity their vtubers once had.
Maybe this is what you see and dislike in her attempt to become more like Hololive vtubers to attract their attention.

It's possible this is her intent and her goal is to grow her channel using her older identity and everything she did before, but her streams are fun for me so I will continue watching.
Concerning Hololive a lot of vtubers graduated in a short time frame half a year ago.
I think they already filled their next gen and may be making some preparations for this new gen.

Yoshika became popular after this mass graduation and missed out on the recruitment phase for the next JP generation.
I expect the next generation for Hololive JP to appear in October or November.

Her best chance to join Hololive would be to wait for the following generation but that could take 1 more year.
Hololive slowed down their growth process in Japan to focus on other markets.
Maybe they reached market saturation levels in Japan and are trying to grow in other places with a bigger untapped audience.

For me there is a pre Coco graduation Hololive and an after, and I stopped caring about their new vtubers after that.
Maybe there are more people in this situation, but it must be getting difficult to follow so many vtubers.

I am also curious to see how this new Hololive generation would be accepted by their existing audience if they really recruited the graduated vsingers.

One of the characteristics for most of their vtubers is to be menheras easy co control by their management.
There are a few exceptions but those were recruited by Yagoo.
The other topic which makes me curious is how their content would change in Hololive.

Stella had an initial period where she tried different things and had more gaming content, but she then changed to being singing focused as it attracted more views.
Hololive favors gaming content.
I can't imagine them doing frequent singing streams again and will likely have a majority of gaming content.

Even if we liked now graduated vsingers, it won't be the same with Hololive...

Stopping your activity and clearing up your channel is something Hololive would ask their new recruits to do, because they fear not having complete control over their talents.
If they keep their own channel with all the content people would slowly subscribe to it too through the youtube algorithm recommendation.
This would reduce the power Hololive has over the talents over time and being full of sociopaths they cannot tolerate not enslaving their new toys.
Because then what would happen is that if the management keeps fucking up which is a certainty they would leave and keep half of their previous viewers.
They should try to improve their management instead of trying to be more restrictive with their talents.

I would say it's actually the other way around, since you have to keep watching to get the channel points it means that you're incentivized to keep showing up which means that it can help to improve your viewership and boost you in the algorithm, two things which help you towards getting monetized as well as however much money you're making off ad viewership over time. The only other possibility I see is Nijisanji, or a big company in China but the chances are lower.

I don't think a vtuber from a company or an indie would delete all her videos and graduate for a no name new company when you see how Megalight and Axel-V got instantly destroyed and poached for their talents.
As for the time between a graduation and new start, it depends on how the company is running things.
Until last year Hololive had a high rate of recruitment and was releasing new gens quickly.

Maybe their process changed to give more time for training and preparation in an attempt to reduce the yabes.
They can afford to pay a vtuber for half a year without streaming income if she makes it back in 1 month.

It's going to be interesting to see the result of this speculation.

To be fair, this one was particularly awkward because they recorded separately and tried to splice it together, including the conversations, which meant they weren't communicating and instead just reading off a script while trying to get the timing right. Contrast that with something like Sora's Gen0 get together where you could see them all having their personalities shown and bantering, whether that was AZKi lurking in the background just watching the rest, Suisei being her boisterous and plushie obsessed self, and so on. Some of the concerts have been pretty formulaic with them producing so many, but then you get the ones where it's clear the talent really cared like Aki and Polka's where they didn't just follow the 'invite guest up, sing, short moment of teetee, and repeat'. Those ones sort of all blend together and the company is getting big enough that you've got those types of event happening so often that they lose the natural hype.
