You can have obscure/niche interests and still be a normalfag in my eyes, it comes down to whether you reached developmental milestones at a normal age as well as how intuitively you understand abstract human things such as socialization and social norms

Kaela doesn't come off as neurotypical to me because neurotypicals don't have one obsessive interest (here, vidya) they spend almost half the day doing to the detriment of their physiological needs, and don't do such things as coming up with multiple personalities to talk to in lieu of real conversation.
