La+ is the only one I see graduating right now but she'll probably milk this gig for at least another year.

It's actually surprising how few graduations there have been, all things considered. There was some turnover for Stars, the Rushia/Chris terminations, and of course all of HoloCN got axed, but otherwise it's just been Aloe, Coco, and Sana. A lot of talents that people were expecting to graduate like Shion, Ayame, Haachama, and Towa just haven't.

Drama and graduations aren't supposed to be normal, but whether or not they really are... well, I doubt we'll see any more this year.
Rushia's termination "shouldn't have happened" (1 message notification set it off), but other than that, HoloJP has been pretty stable, especially since Haachama got back on her feet. Dunno what's going on with Laplus, but I doubt she's going to throw away her career.
HoloEN is fucking lazy, but I don't see anyone going either. Maybe Gura & Ame should just announce they're taking vacations and recharge so they can provide better entertainment again. I don't even want to count Sana. She should've never been hired. The writing was on the wall from the beginning.

Why would any of the talents willingly graduate when they can just go the Ayame route and nobody, including Cover, seems to give a shit?

This goes over people's heads a lot, but Ame tries extremely hard to not have to rely on Cover. Nothing stops her at this point from graduating and jumping over to VShojo where she gets to jump from male collab to male collab.

Ame never struck me as an idol to begin with, and neither do a LOT of the EN members in general, but Ame in particular is the most hostile about this culture from my point of view. The fact that she's getting her own 3D stuff set up raises red flags for me, they could do VRChat stuff if they wanted 3D, she didn't need an entire 3D Studio setup to do it.
She'll graduate, try to pull some others with her and do her own thing with the 3D where she doesn't have to pay royalties to Cover. Basically Coco but with far less noble intentions.

Coco's turned out to be a backstabbing sack of shit too, so how much worse can you from that? Also Ame doesn't have any close friends in Hololive from how she's been interacting with them. No one is going to throw away their career to jump to a more volatile corpo with her.
