They way I've usually thought of it is that even if a thread is like HoloX or Nenmen, the individual chuubas themselves will still have their own variations of chuubanite affinity. The effects of the core concept would probably be similar however they could still do notably different things under the right circumstances.

We just rescued a stray cat from the lawn.
Then over the course of the years...
Adopted kittens from family friends who didn't want them.
Adopted cats that were abandoned by their owners at pet care centers.
Rescued strays we found by the road, on the road, and even visit our house.
Rescued strays from campus.
In-between adoptions some of the cats gave birth.
And then there's the curse/gift?
With each death, a couple strays appear at our doorstep.
With each rescue, a cat will die of old age/disease.
After all that, we now have around 30-ish cats and a dedicated cat room.

So right now the language itself is not organized.
When I write, I just mix up Nahuatl and Norse but that goes all over the place.
Founder's method is taking a Norse root word and applying Nahuatl suffixes.
And, I think Climeat anon/divegrass /meat/anon, went for nahuatl with norse bits.
So we kinda need to clear the confusion up and have a formal documentation

Well I have a couple of precedents and reasons as to why we should organize it.

1. Liturgical Literature
Language does have an important role in religion.
A codified language means the religion associated with it can propagate easier and understood better. The Middle Ages had plenty of heresies and corruption because nobody can read the Bible until the Reformation came along, while Islam spread fast because they taught arab to local converts.

2. Organic culture
In-universe, the hybridisation of the old /jp/-era /sbg/ culture and /vt/-era Holo abuse culture that created modern day /meat/ happened centuries ago.
Given similar events irl such as the Norman invasion of Aengland, that is enough time for a new culture to be created after generations of exchange and assimilation. At this point it's no longer a creole or a pidgin, but a new hybrid language.

It's no longer loanwords, but grammar and features (ie Nahuatl complex agglutinative/compound suffix-affix system, with Norse strong-weak verbs).

The people are now born and raised with this new language. So they would need to write it down to preserve cultural history similarly to Japan and China.

3. Organisation
According to our lore with
- District based clergy federation
- Clerical and Working class
- Central ministerial institutions
It seems that /meat/ emphasis a lot on proper administration and governance.
By this point the administration would have formalised the new language to ease governing and of course managing the population. Without proper codification, the central Abattoir would have to deal with each district adopting different terms for specific contexts.

4. Writing
It's only obvious that we need some form of guide when writing stories. Inconsistencies get ugly over time.

I feel the clergy would rather stick to their original language (which would be Nahuatl in our case) given that it is fairly common for religions to remain conservative in terms of the liturgical language - see pre-Vatican II Catholicism, the Coptic Church and Islam for the more notable examples. You can even argue for a similar point in terms of secular (somewhat) common language in the case of Classical Chinese in the Sinosphere.
It should also be noted that vernacularisation of the Bible didn't really make heresies go away - the Church was simply no longer powerful enough to suppress dissenting sects on a regular basis, and had to stop calling them heresies. (While some might draw connections between the common people being able to read and thus interpret the Bible on their own to the strengthening of heresies, I feel that might be an oversimplification when considering the Catholic Church's secular power has been waning for centuries by that point)

Creole *is* a stable language, though - you were probably thinking about pidgin. In either case, my point is more on the lack of need to standardise etymology than the need to standardise grammatical rules. English is probably the best-known example of making use of a lot of loanwords even then it already has words for similar concepts.
In a way, English also has a bunch of irregularities in its grammatical structure nowadays, and probably more common back in the 18th century, before the spread of universal education bulldozed many of the kinks away, but I'm not familiar enough with the two languages to tell how compatible they are (given that English chiefly borrow from Indo-European languages).

It's partially addressed in point 1, but I think given RL examples, it's more likely that the clergy will be learning the liturgical language as the common language when communicating with Nacatlah - it's easier to teach locals their language than to learn theirs.
We can observe this best in Quranic Arabic (and its descendant, Modern Standard Arabic) being used as the "formal tongue" of the Arab world even though the general population has their own dialects and languages. Classical Chinese and Latin, to a lesser degree, also fill in a similar role as the clerical language even for government people who speaks entirely different languages.

Yeah, I suggested most of those names (the pure Norse ones are suggested by others) back when we didn't have anything more than "we are both Vikings and Aztecs" to go by in terms of inspiration, and I reckon that the cultural fusion would produce different types of etymologies (especially if we assume they were named fairly early on) - if anything, RL place names would be even less "clean". We would probably have names like Atla river ("river river river") and Mount Tepehaed ("hill hill hill") if some of the English place names are of any indication.
