But I am not sure that's her actual lore, not just my misinterpretation based on watching her few of her early vods. In some Lovecraft themed game she was jokingly referring to Cthulhu as grandpa or something, implying she isn't human, but is related to Old Gods. I don't think she read Lovecraft or understands her lore.

No, she's just an apostle so her powers are basically nil. She's also said multiple times that she's actually human so she's not any more noteworthy by herself than anyone else in Umisea and certainly not compared to a pheonix or deaths first apprentice.

The question about getting into a scuffle with Ina is the old one she is an apostle for. It's never been made entirely clear what powers being an apostle affords her besides the ability to summon tentacles at will. If that's all there is, I think most people with a semi-automatic firearm could kill her with relative safety, the issue is how the old one she's an apostle for would respond, which we know absolutely nothing about. They may not care, they may decide to end reality as we know it, no way to know for sure.

Ina's lore is two-sided.
Once you have the original lore, which is in line with Kuroboshi's vision, and an Abigail character knock-off, the outer god story appears there as well.
On the other hand, there are the Lovecraft novels which are regularly referred to in the original lore of Ina. Ina admitted that she doesn't have a concrete idea of her own lore, but she thinks it's somewhere between FGO and the Lovecraft myth.
Her claiming to be human is the only recurring joke, because she's not human. The rest of the lore that Ina said doesn't matter, because she pulls random stuff out of her ass that she doesn't remember anymore. Plus she cut ties with Lovecraft lore when she found out in the middle of the Dagon stream that the writer was politically incorrect and too white.
Tldr. Ina imagines herself as a mahou soujo Nadeko from Bakemonogatari. Nadeko swallowed a god and changed her appearance.
