I think Nade created some nice unintentional sounds today, like brushing her hands together, probably for the lotion, or she scrapped something that sounded wooden. Wish she commited more to some alternative sounds, you really don't need that much weird equipment. Something like the sound of cloth brushing also to me is quite stimulating or however you describe it. It creates a sense of presence much like breathing or blowing. Maybe its because those are common 'human' sounds.

I have a question, hopefully some of you have more experience with it than me. I have a wireless drawing tablet and a 12" drawing monitor but I can't decide which one to stick with. Does it matter in the long run?

Whichever is more comfortable to you. Drawing on the screen and seeing what your hand is doing is essential to some people, others have a preference for old school tablets for various reasons like taking up less space on the table, or not having your hand in the way of what youre drawing, or disliking the feeling of drawing on glass with plastic. If you feel you have a very strong preference for one or the other stick with that one.
Try drawing similar things using one and the other and if you feel a difference in ease of drawing, it would probably be wise to choose that. If you don't feel a strong preference in that respect then look for best personal comfort for the way your drawing environment is set up and all that.

I just gave a shot to my tablet this morning and while drawing feels more awkward and difficult it's a lot more comfortable to use and feels nicer compared to the monitor. I guess I'm going to try and use the tablet for a couple weeks to see if the awkwardness goes away with practice

Yeah, regular tablets can get some time to get used to and somethings are easier to draw on the screen, but some type of art is easier on a regular tablet too.

Id personally would keep a regular tablet around, because its such a cheap and good middle ground, its like a swiss knife, while display devices change way more often and you have more options for stuff like ipad/samsung tab etc that you can take with you etc, different size drawing monitors and all that.

I feel the same, I get it that shes quite eager to show off her MMORPG banter skills but its not a game where you both walk away after one of you wins, its disruptive and gives those spergs attention they came for, the correct approach is ban and pretend they never existed.
