well, some of my takes.

left shoulder could come out more. You shouldn't see arm pit quite like that from that angle i think. Increased left tit to match right more.. RIght would be pulled up more by the raised arm anyway. Left arm doesn't really seem like it would collide and morph the tit because the arm is on the side, more on the back.

well, looks like you have yet to practice on some of the fundamentals of 3d construction. Take a thin pen and draw some simple shaded blocks, ovals and such to compose a body. It's quite essential to think in terms of 3d space before you commit to 2d lines.

I'm not the anatomy anon from previous posts, but I'll try to share what I learned. I'm still studying anatomy myself so take this with a grain of salt. I'll mostly point out things about the head.
The biggest thing for me here is that the ear is missing. Since Subaru has short hair and her ears are visible, they're very important, especially because her ears separate her side hair from her back hair. Try to always sketch the ears even if they would be hidden by long hair since they're the only landmark that signifies the center of the "flat" side of the skull. The upper back muscles connect into the neck and around the back of the ears, so you should be able to see part of the throat in this pose.
The upper throat you made is also rounded. That would be fine if the character is fat, but it should be a little flat for Subaru. The jawline ends at around the bottom tip of the ear.
From your drawing, you can't really see where the back and side hair starts and ends. Subaru's back hair is supposed to be longer than her side hair.
Side views are actually pretty challenging. You drew the facial parts vertically. If you look at how a skull is formed, you'll se that the outline actually goes diagonally inward downward. The eye sockets should be deeper into the face than the eyebrows. The eyes become triangular, as opposed to an almond shape in a frontal view.
This might just be me, but I think that you should slightly twist the upper body. Right shoulder is closer to the camera a bit more than the left to make the pose look more comfortable.

As the other anon said, you need to think in 3D. There's a lot that happens with just a slight change in viewing angle, especially for the facial features. For example, my sketch on the right. From an eye-level view, the tip of the ear is at the same horizontal line as the eyebrow. Change the angle a bit, then they're not on a horizontal line anymore. Even the angle of the eye and eyebrow are affected.
I can't really comment much about the body because I still struggle with the pelvis at times.
TL;DR. Separate the hair into three parts: Front, side, and back. Facial features line up diagonally inward downward. Eye sockets are deeper into the face than the eyebrows.

Oof. I figured I would have to rotate her spine a bit but I didn't think I'd have to rotate the whole body. I'm still not sure what people mean by doing reps. I'm stuck in the 3/4 view trap but have no idea how to get out. People say to draw more poses to get out of my comfort zone but that doesn't do much.

Rep broadly means repetitions but more specifically concentrated practice on a particular skill you feel you lack. Try to draw this pose from imagination. It’s near impossible to look over your shoulder without rotating your torso, there will be some degree of contraposto, it will shift the clavicles and shoulder blades. If it’s hard why is it hard? Do you not know the anatomy well enough? Study it and study references. Is the mental rotation tripping you up? Do some rotation and perspective exercises and then pick a tougher pose to sketch. Are you having a hard time breaking down anatomy into simple shapes? Pick a body part and do it a few times. Do you have a clear idea of what you want but your lines suck? Eh I hate like work practice they I think you can legitimately just draw more. That’s the basic idea. It’s hard to improve until you can say clearly why you don’t like your drawings. I highly recommend manga materials common mistakes series. They are good at identifying things that look off but which can be hard for newbs to see. I’ve been redrawing stuff I did 100 days ago and it’s staggering how much my understanding of how bad I am ha changed

Yeah, rotate the whole body. After all, it's impossible for the average human to rotate the neck at a complete 90° angle. Just always remember to think of body parts in groups, not individually. If you raise your right arm to the side, the clavicle, the scapula, the chest muscles, and the back muscles also move. That said, if you're gonna study the shoulder, you're also gonna need to study the chest and the arms at the same time.
I don't know what you mean by the 3/4 trap. Is it how you only make things in 3/4 view, or not being able to make it look decent? If it's the latter, just keep in mind that good-looking 3/4 views are a result of knowing both the side view and the front view.
Drawing from references is good. It helps train your eye to see things in different angles. If you just want to practice, you don't have to finish these drawings. Even sketches are fine. You only need to know the general appearance, which muscles move, what parts you can't see in a certain perspective, what overlaps what, things like those.
When drawing poses from imagination, it's pretty hard to make them look organic without a good grasp of anatomy.
Another anon mentioned Manga Materials. They have an English twitter account and youtube videos that have English subs. They're really helpful.

I felt like I was in the 3/4 trap or at least in danger of it. To me it meant if I focus on one specific type of pose with the head at a specific angle I could draw it "well" in the sense I was basically drawing specific lines repetitively. I know there were bumps for the breast, waist, hip, leg etc and the rough proportions, but I was drawing bumpy 2d lines. I didn't really understand the underlying 3d shape, so if I wanted to draw a profile, or an action pose everything was a mystery. Where does the leg muscle actually join the torso? What actually makes the butt curvy? Which way does the butt/thigh junction curve? The problem is trying these new poses feels bad because now you've lost that minimal progress and your art sucks even worse for a while, even if its good for your development long term. This is even worse with faces and eyes. Straight ahead it's really hard to make the eyes symmetrical, while unusual angles and profile views require you to draw the eye in "funny" ways.

well the other anons already pointed out the biggest mistakes,just want to explain a lil further this, like the other anon said you need to be able to see/think in 3D, but that's half of the ecuation, the thing is that you still need to learn the subject of what you are drawing, so in this case anatomy, the thing is that you want to study as much as you seem needful, but as a begginner you won't know, and most of the times you will fall short, take this example.

On figure A you have some average eyes, but without knowing how the anatomy of the head/face is, your brain will try to guess and you will end up symbol drawing.
So you need know B in this case, is something basic like , eye sockets, nose bridge, nose forms and placement, then you need to stylize them into anime, at this point you can use references but now you can apply your anatomy knoledge to study what did the artist stylized and how, then you do it yourself, now is not a copy but a reconstruction, this is where 99.99999999% of beginners fail with copying they just copy.

so in the bottom left, you can see the final product, without knowing anatomy you will never know why most of the muscles outlines are there, take for example the delts/shoulders, in your pic they look really formerless like a blob same with the neck area, this is even more evident when you paint, this is why deviant art drawings have that pillow shading, cus they don't know the underlaying forms.

there is instristic value in having the artist be a human, and not just ai. These AI's cant think or ponder concepts and aren't alive. They may be able to output a picture through their simulated processes but they are unable to really insert meaningful subtext or ideas behind them. If all you care about is render quality then yes, they'll be able to render very well indeed.
