Also, to be honest, I don't really see the difference between regular Niji streamers and any other regular streamer or internet personality.

The thing which actually started to get me into holo was that the company actually had a vision for their culture which was somewhat different from the things I have seen on the internet for the past 15 years or so. It was somewhat refreshing.

This guy gets it. Hololive had a well defined niche and for a time catered to it. Problem is, Nijisanji has no vision nor do its streamers. They do their own thing and play by the normal play book, instead of aspiring for something greater and building it from the ground up.

Also, I'd assume the fact that they apparently don't support their streamers while still owning the IP creates a shitty incentive not to bother because they're basically glorified interns. Everything they do benefits the company first, and they can't ever truly reap the benftits themselves because they'd be back to being aimless nobodies the moment they leave (ie rushia and coco).

Without TALENT FREEDOM, collective ambition, or an ideal that wins hearts and minds, Nijisanji is just like every other bunch of streamers no Holo fan ever cared about exactly because Holo fans never gave a shit about or wanted to be a part of western society's morally and ethically degenerate content creator culture where hypocrisy and hating fans are held up as the highest virtues.
