Not only is the list shit, the details are all wrong.

Suisei is the most overrated singer in hololive, maybe in vtubing.
She has average technique, which is fine, and could get you far. The problem with Suisei isn't her technique, it's that she has a poor singing voice.
This isn't a subjective opinon either, her voice is objectively lacking when it comes to singing. It's way to shrill, and she sounds like she's belting and singing normally at the same time. It's uncomfortable to listen to.
