Funposting aside, I really do feel conflicted about the news if it really is Marine. I greatly respect her as a content creator, she's clearly a very motivated person. She's a Touhou fan that actually plays the games too, which is something I appreciate as a Touhou fan myself.
But suing someone for being mean to her on the internet? And winning the lawsuit? She's completely willing to just ruin someone's life for petty reasons, I struggle to see how it's different from people targeting other people with cancel culture for minor or made up circumstances. It makes her come across as a scary person, someone to be avoided. And that's not even getting into my personal feelings on free speech and the protections that should be granted to individuals to allow them to speak their mind.
