I don't watch her often, but the very few times I did she has surprised me. Also, her EN translators are active and supportive. I don't have many people I follow closely, I mostly just use hololive to see who is actively on when I want to watch. Being proficient in several languages makes you reconsider the underlying mechanics in the ones you learned as a child, letting you be more precise and deliberate in your use. I remember some guy made a video where he measured the average talking speed of all holos and Watame ranked something like second to last. I'm sure that's a plus for a lot of people, but I can't really blame anybody who calls her boring either.
