I believe it depends upon the contract. People that got their model from Tsunderia had to purchase it to keep it as an indie. We don't know if more people leave if they will allow them to buy their model or if they say screw it and let them have it for free or they will need to redebut as someone else.

There's plenty of Nintendo and SEGA games, and with the current remaster trend you can pick up some older PC games. While she'd be much more limited than in a western corporation (can't just take what ever images or youtube clips for standard stream content and need to be able to contact and get permissions with IP holders), there is still plenty to work with.

You don't need money to run promotions. It helps for things like formal advertising, but even just some dedicated shilling on Leddit and Twitter interactions for a big event would do them wonders. There's a reason why Tsunderia is the company of insanely high ccv-to-sub ratios. They just need to get the word out to find a larger audience, and special events are the easiest way to do that
