Ah Disney World... It has severely declined in quality over recent years. I would not recommend it, they are not worth the cash anymore. Besides there are plenty better places to visit. In the apocalypse, much like actual timeline, /nasa/ (and every nation around it in the Era After timeline) gets overrun by schizos. Dunno yet if the station itself gets blown up like it's hinted at in the original timeline or not.

I *assume* (though I might be wrong) that in a sudden assault, /nasa/ would not have time to pack up things, and so quite a bit of stuff (including modern weapons? Would they be forced to leave that behind?) would not be destroyed, and in fact might be preserved for much longer than usual due to ice. These things left behind are called Relics by the people who roam there, and the entire former territory of /nasa/ (plus the northern side of /uuu/) are inhabited by multiple different factions, all with a different ideology/set of goals related to the Relics (such as protect them, worship them, et cetera).

The factions all have a complex web of relations with each other, but hostility is common and plenty of fighting happens. In addition, they must all survive the freezing cold during wintertime as well as primal schizos and trolls which attack anyone on sight.

I dunno if this sounds even semi-plausible or not. I know the ending for /nasa/ is WIP, and I'm unsure if that'll affect what my idea is for lore. What do you and other people think about it?

Funny you should say that. Back when I was a teen I jotted some ideas for a weird Addams Family inspired monster girl story. The story revolves around a family working for the government to handle anomalous emergencies in a world where fantasy elements and monmusume is the norm. It's like normalized surrealism.
The main characters in that family;

As a Catholic, I must forgive as Christ forgave me; thus I have no upstanding issues with you personally. I was rather pissed off when you went and did that to my good, now even better friend, Dragoon. But understand that anything I said there was out of my own feelings about my own personal feelings about what I saw as betrayal of the trust of friendship. Furthermore, it reminded me of my own time when a falseflagger went to /haha/ and tried to start shit with me so that I would lose my lore. The context was what pissed me off the most. 1. I don’t appreciate how you treat other writers here much. My stuff isn’t for everyone, but there are some anons out there that truly deserve more attention for their work, something that I do get personally. Please, show some consideration for them.
2.I really find much of your behavior when it comes to working with others to be a major problem. It’s toxic. The whole mans-wah situation really put things into perspective because while I love Nasarep to death, he is a bit of a bonehead himself so I can understand why things didn’t turn out well with him and you. OGsuner, while I also love him to death, has been in the past hard to work with and he blows somethings out of proportion (like me). The whole nasa-risu thing felt like it was just a feud between you two rather than anything else and has soured most discussion of nasa for me at least. OGsuner has gotten better, and I applaud him for this given how some of his juniors are constantly under attack about “muf infinity mep” shit. But mans-wah really soured my opinion of you personally. I am not a fan of manipulation at all, and the fact that if nothing it certainly appears that you were deliberately trying to undermine two people, Vespie and Tako, that are extremely kind and reasonable people into fighting didn’t set right with me at all. It only was made worse when these two easily came up with a compromise the next day. I think part of this is on Tako, but you take the majority of the blame because, even if it wasn’t out of malice, the fact is you flip flop on issues like a fish. You couldn’t make up your own mind, so you used your leverage to mess with those two because of it. I am sure if Vespie or even you asked Tako “Hey, umm, can we find another choice.” She would have accepted as she did. The way you approached it was just awful.

I do not care about the things or sass you have given me personally nor how you have feel about me. That is none of my personal concern as I have long accepted that others can have their opinions about me and not everyone will be nice to me. But the truth of the matter with you is that you need to :

I think I can be considered an oldfag for /who/ but I honestly do not remember a single instance where /nasfaqq/ was mentioned in the thread. I guess as a sort of neutral faction that probably helped run supplies and goods during the Founding War they are given their due respect but most do not care for /nasfaqq/. I don't know how the hoomans in /nasfaqq/ act so can't comment on that. But I guess in universe, some of the companies that were founded by hoomans were pretty important in the role they played during the War.
Also don't sweat it, it's just meant to be a note and an outline for the eventual 5000 word + history section. And I like the efficient use of post limit a lot.

Yea, Retro's post in the thread after the fuck up was really eye opening, what with him saying he avoided you because of the constant ERP. That honestly was the hardest blow, knowing that I actively harmed your engagement with other anons itt. And looking back through the archives and see you spread your wings a bit, it's kinda a bittersweet feeling.

There are also those of us who are paranoid about things for whatever reasons, and those thoughts are extremely difficult to deal with, less so if one isnt aware of them being irrational.
Esl + autist + paranoid ---> You start forming all sorts of weird ideas about how everyone hates you or anon X hates rep Y, or how anons Z, Ä, and Ö are colluding with each other to undermine rep A. Doesnt make you a bad person or a schizo by itself, that depends on how you react to this perceived issue.

I've mentioned it multiple times how I struggle with distinguishing in-universe posts and in-universe animosity from real OOC hate. I suspect a lot of us have similar issues, namely those anon's who go on about inf-mep drama. I'll admit I'm one of those who are still paranoid over infinity being kicked out or made irrelevant due to pressure from warsuner+mep. I realize this is just my own branch of menhera talking most likely, and for the record i have nothing against mepper or warsuner, and never do I want to have anything against them. I used it just as an example of a situation where i suspect the paranoia of some anons is playing a part.

Sorry mepper and warsuner for this, I intend no ill will with it, and I do not intend to start timeloops. Its just the best recent example of this I can think of.

How to fix this, well, one of the best solutions it to give people the benefit of the doubt. Even those who one would like to label as "schizos". Many of them may just be ESL autists who are paranoid about a project they love being ruined by events they cannot control. Not saying all their actions should be excused, as some of the "schizos" in this thread have done quite reprehensible things, but it would help to try to give them the benefit of the doubt as well.

That, and just airing these grievances and doubts helps. The thread has been far healthier ever since the first airing-of-grievances event, notably the alice timeloops have lowered in numbers by a lot. In general, its not good to let anger or fear or frustration fester inside you as that just lets it take deeper root in your heart, and soon you'll find yourself having strongly emotional responses to very mundane and non-offensive things.

Preferably we'd have more worldbuilding than venting though, but this thread is already past bump limit, its not like it matters anymore.

He convinced himself that everyone hated him, burnt all the bridges he could, and dug himself into a bitter hole where he turned into a little ball of hatred that lashed out at anyone extending him a helping hand. Personally, a post that isn't formatted properly just instantly draws less interest from me, because my instinct is that a person who puts little effort into his post's formatting will accordingly put little effort into his words, and into his thoughts. For example, Comfydant's posts always have my full attention before I process a full sentence, because they're perfectly formatted.
