One: The month of viewers for HoloSummer made people's expectations fall within the 80-90k range, because that was about the upper limit for Holosummer streams. Everyone assumed that they were pulling on the full range of Hololive viewers already, even with smaller groups of girls, because they assumed that "The Holobox will watch anything with Hololive on it if it's an event," not realizing every girl has their own viewbase to pull from that wouldn't hit an event until they are in the event itself. By splitting the girls up throughout Holosummer, they disguised their own box's size.
Two: Shitposting about Holo V Niji has simply made people assume that Hololive has smaller numbers compared to Niji's fucking insane Event Stream numbers, while forgetting that they've become near-peer powers. If you remove Hololive's numbers and expectations from the picture, there's still a handful of 10k+ NijiJP streams and many between 5-10k. That's easily enough daily viewers to survive, without factoring in NijiEN too.

Both Cover and Anycolor operate mostly off of merch sales, sponsorships, and investor money anyways so daily stream numbers really don't matter as much anymore when you're that big.
What they need to worry about is the decay of the brand due to people leaving, perceived loss of popularity, decline in content...etc, but even that takes a while to see the effects of.

As someone who said that Cover should fire their marketing department if Summer Climax live didn't get 110k+, this was always a retarded belief.
Those streams were overlapped by other Holos and after the first one, was just marketed as regular 3D streams. It was literally never a good indication of box size.

We already saw that Holofes 3 with half of the girls got 100k+ both days for the free section, and this was essentially marketed as the "NJU of Hololive" so anything lower than 100k would have been a catastrophic marketing disaster.

If western anime fans don't use spotify what platform do they use? All this shows that hololive still has an long way to go before they get an big western fanbase, It shows that their only big in japan. Someone like suisei should be on par with fucking lisa and eve. Yet she does not even get half their numbers. american fans do not care about hololive music.

There's a lot of shit missing on Spotify. I don't know why you'd use it if you're into anime music or japan in general.

I do not claim otherwise. I just say that people get spotify to listen to various music. Personally, I took a modded Spotify app to listen to anime music. Also, I just showed the numbers that show that anime songs (from popular anime of course, usually) have good numbers in Spotify.
