Not sure if she already got those, but for a start she can do even with a compound bow.

She could farm scientists at Military Tunnel up north or Arctic Research Base down south.
First one is nice for 1v1 fights outside, but you can't really go too deep.
Second one will require some clothes and going really slow and steady. Place is fucking swarming with scientists, but loot is good.

Getting a Medical Syringe and other stuff for research will give her a solid advantage.

Ame and IRyS only happened after KFP called her out on her shit and told her that Rust is the game where she can get the collabs she pretends she wants. And in both cases she abandoned them as soon as possible.
So wow, she interacted with Reine, what a rare thing to happen! And it was only at the tail end of Reine's stream when she could be certain she would stop playing soon.
