Its not just model. His always ASMR voice is very good, even when he is singing. He also worked hard to reach this spot. Both Noir and Magni collabed with the girls, but Regis hyped up his Kobo collab with sibling tier banter in twitter and even in the DBD collab he stood out.

He had the lead at first when everyone saw their model and he was blue, but once the magging meme took off, Magni took the lead. Then, after debut, Vesper took the lead with his non-stop streams and him naturally being great at zatsu. Now Regi has taken the lead back ever since he started doing morning stream + in general stream for a long time. Even if he doesn't get much views for his morning stream I feel people are looking down on how much new viewers he gain just by doing them.

His debut was just that bad. Honestly there's a good chance he'll end up being the biggest in live viewers too long term. Dude's the best live singer from what we've seen (Axel looked better from the cover but he choked live), has the best model, is the best in collabs and very very solid in his solo content too. Plus he's got more appeal to women which lets be honest, is the main potential audience. Especially if he plays more into the psycho angle.

Both Magni and Vesper collabed with girls first. Its just that Regis first built up chemistry between him and Kobo as siblings before finally announcing a collab. Even in the DBD collab, Leader managed to stand out and we got so many memorable moments.

He's just among a strong group overall I think. Altare has the fujobait and overproduced/autotune singing that certain crowds love. Magni is the actual entertainer and legit good streamer. Vesper is basically a lottery winning 2view blasting hope into the crowd of streamers who want to one day be holostars

Axel has a good voice and the streams I've seen him do have been enjoyable but he doesn't have any standout traits to me that would pull me into a stream of his over someone else. I'm hoping once they do more songs we can hear if he's actually good at that because it could be huge. There are VERY few actual good live male singers among vtubers, even in the big agencies.

it's still early too. Give them at least until december when the honeymoon period wears off and we start seeing who actually has their heart in it for the long run.
