Usaken is already more capable than Shiraken tho. Given, Shiraken has more manpower, but the one who does the heavy lifting is mostly Miko and Flare.
And Miko only in those sorts of occasions, she'd never slack off in Pekora's festival.
Outside of that, and Flare's amazing interior design skills, they're mostly comedic.
