Guy is ok. Has some pretty good moments. Has one problem: the demeanor doesn't fit the content. Soft spoken and a little fruity, but his streams lean a little bit far in the hardcore gaming. The men get filtered by the demeanor and the woman get filtered by the gaming.

Altare is the type that I think will grow on a lot of people naturally with time. He's a hard worker, and while his solo content is entertaining as well, he really shines in collabs.

He can sing, he can game, and he doesn't get discouraged by awkwardness or bombed jokes. He adapts really well when things don't go according to plan, and I think that's a big part of what makes him such a good leader. All the other members of Tempus get flustered pretty easily, but Altare is very good at keeping everything under control, even when he's nervous.

he’s already growing on a lot of people, he’s stopped being the least popular of his gen and is right under vesper for subs. i think he’s getting so many bait threads like this specifically because it’s so surprising how good he is. he had a terrible first impression but the more you watch him the more you realize what an insanely hard worker he is and the genuine effort he puts into making sure everyone in every collab feels included as much as possible. he’s also the youngest and the one who seems to have the most baggage emotionally, so people are saviorfagging too.
i hope people stop trying to force him down the catalogue’s throat though, it won’t help redeem him at all if someone’s only seen his debut.

Altare's solo style is definitely not for everyone. He's got a dark sense of humour, but he likes to keep things very mellow overall and kind of slip subtle jokes in, and people who prefer more energetic streamers probably won't enjoy it.

It's nice to see people giving his more recent streams a shot though. I saw tons of people writing him off immediately after his debut before, and that stream didn't really show the full picture of who he is.
