Because Rust is an awful, boring game and there's no enthusiasm or desire to talk about it. Chuuba interactions are the only topic of interest involving Rust, not Rust itself, and they can be talked about in global or the split threads.

I watched Gura's stream today. It looked like she was completely bored. Just chatting aimlessly about nothing basically. Super bored tone of voice. Never laughed once. Didn't bother to put any BGM. Copied her stream-title from her last stream (5 days ago).

but they are entertainers in a game where PvP is fair game and they aren't making proper use of it. improvise a narrative with conflict ffs.
throw your weight around a little. none of that "you take the loot. no you take the loot" shit. within the confines of the rules of the game and some consideration outside of it, someone should roleplay as someone who wants to be on top. that's all i want.

Do you realize you are asking boring normalfag white women to be creative, right? Unfortunately only the JP side actually bothers to be an entertainer so, unless you speak japanese, the EN content is all you can get and it's the most boring one. Even the ID content is kinda fun with Zeta and Anya.
Just watch the clips about the JP girls and be content with it. I would advice Polka's, Fubuki's and Miko's
