I personally was struggling to figure out how Dialects would even work period, but if you want to do it, Subdocs are necessary. Because we really do not need to know about a dialect in NijiMales in the main lore. Remember that the subdocs are for even more greater detail and regional things. I am fine with everything else as is because stuff like that works on national levels. Just be sure to have somewhere to start linking to the subdocs in their categories like you did in Government.

Yeah... I quite honestly found them to be utter shit and I hate the size of the paintbrush he used for them too. (Might not be a bad idea to erase the sea borders in the future so coastlines can be easier to edit.) I tried to address this with my Nijimap but part of the problem I have is "Pixel Warfare." which is the angst that comes about losing some land for the sake of clean borders despite most nations being the size of France, Germany or even larger. The reason I post this is I want thoughts on this because I feel like the points, he makes are accurate. I guess I am relevant on this matter because I have been on the receiving end of this personally. Sometimes, I feel as if we take people out of context (I did his regretfully), jump to conclusions, and assume the worst. I can remember times when I personally was targeted because of the project myself and Alice are working on (Retro too) where weeks after this was discussed with the thread, it was brought up that this was injust or something. It is disheartening when everyone dogpiles on you over things that have less to do with worldbuilding and seem to be more about "power". In general, nasfaqg is going for a victorian england aesthetic, so I suppose our buildings would be built out of bricks, both stone and clay. Some cast iron, wrought iron, and glass would be used as well, but more sparingly given that the nation is quite poor on natural mineral resources. As far as natonal motifs or symbols go, The Crab is seen as a symbol for the nation on some level, and was used on a historical flag as well.

Other than above, I haven't really thought much of the national motifs or aesthetics of nasfaqg. The above were mostly our rep's ideas anyways.

They do, in more ways than one!

Palkyries are smol and light people which makes them at a pretty significant disadvantage when fighting "fair", so their fighting style involves a lot of ambushes and aiming for weak spots. Some of them might even spit poison onto their blades before cutting enemies that won't wince from just a major wound, like monsters and berserkers on drugs
Their smol form also makes them surprisingly hard to fight normally since it's easier for them to shield their body (a kite shield's basically the same as a tower shield for them) from attacks, and their lower center of gravity might make them harder to unbalance (then again they're also light so those might cancel out)
I think a shield wall advance before engaging with bardiche would be how Palkyries fight "proper war" before the age of gunpowder. They also like ranged weapons since those negate their reach problem (and in the case of guns, their limited draw length)

I was looking into religion modding to figure out how we'd set up all the pantheons. Felt like this was confused too much with people, that 2434 doesn't actually have forces occupying phase at all beyond what is currently their own lands. The company men are just mercenaires, unrelated to 2434 directly and cannot be considered an occupation force when they are deployed to crush revolts and sure up the border against a nation that is clearly hostile to both of us.

Our nation hates vsj, both in thread and universe. This shouldn't be a surprise and their actions in universe only made this easier. No, we aren't going to rise up to support you in an invasion when you will just make us a democracy with liberal values contrary to our beliefs. Reminds me of modern geopolitics kek. The current Emperor, past Emperors, and the Future liberator all think of them as one of the worst nations in the world. Pure evil and degenerate in the eyes of the commoners, the Dynatoi and the Clergy. The CIO is shitty but they did not come in and made us change our way of life. Good evening thread! I saw the post by mepper and I agree pretty much entirely. As fun as it is to write most of the time, it can take away when there isn't much of a response (even just appreciation can counteract this I feel). I know I've had my moments where I've agreed with some posters about the offtopic posting, mostly because it takes a lot of effort to sift through and at times makes it feel like others don't really care (which admittedly might be a tad hypocritical I'll admit, there's plenty I haven't read or given feedback on. I'm pretty sure I tried to give some to /mhm/? when they asked regarding their history section. Can't remember exactly what I said but it was something along the lines of really liking how it was divided up and how it featured both the ups and the downs. It's pretty easy to focus on just one of them I find.)

They're definitely a PITA for anyone trying to occupy the taiga, since the forest is vast, dark and cold, and every tree can have a drop bear waiting in the canopy. I think if the Mujigae occupation actually tried to pacify the wilderness they would get slowly bled out over the decades if not centuries, which might also be why Palherjar became politically dominant after the Mujigae collapsed. Pretty sizable buffs, but you scaled them to /meat/'s ideas. Basically, chuubas exist in something called the "Heavenly Realm" (HR), let's call it a parallel dimension. Magical energy from the HR can leak into Vitubia (name of the planet). A chuuba graduating, is basically her going through a death of sorts in the HR, and this can have consequences in Vitubia if you want. For example, Rushia graduating was such a violent event that it basically nuked the country. Obviously Menace's graduation doesn't have to be as dramatic, or even do anything if you decide magic to not play a large role in /aeg/, it's just a narrative tool in your tool box.
Ah, /here/chuubas are instances of divinities coming down from the HR and visiting the planet. They're pretty powerful entities, so it would explain why Kiki's thread is able to punch above its weight given their geography and resources.

Ok. I have processed this and have come to this conclusion. This is absolutely great for the story because unlike VSJ, there is a good reason behind this from a meta standpoint and furthermore adds layers to the story such as

But I needed another element of mystery.
Then I noticed that /clg/ is right next door and how hard they collapsed on /vt/ in real time.

I think underground carbonated water wells might be a cooler idea but I'll need to research how soda is actually made before I can do anything with it, I do want it to be kind of unique to /ag/ though to give it a sense of island wonder. I think the previous lore docs also mentioned that corn was one of the prominently grown crops so it would be pretty cool if the corn syrup could be used for this.
