If anyone wants to copy my homework, maybe it will help someone get it in less attempts.
The way I was doing it was trying to line up the edge of the machine to parts of the background image, you have to adjust left/right more or less depending on how centered the object is though because of how the camera is set up. Also the front camera is angled kind of weird on some of the machines so you have to be careful to get it lined up correctly. I don't know if this is the best machine type to play, but it seems like you can get it in 2-3 plays guaranteed as long as you don't mess up (I messed up a lot though). They're 450/480 an attempt so like ~1,400 an item if you play well. Might also be worth finding a machine somebody else is playing so you can cheat off their crane placement so you don't have to guess as much on the initial play.
