It doesnt have to be unhealthy. I was in a relationship while I was Rushia's gachi. My own relationship was going down the shitter so I used Rushia as a supplement for that lovey dovey feeling that I needed at the time.
Vtubers only brought positives to my life. They motivated me to do my reps and improve in every way possible.
