My advice to /asp/ is to stop fussing so much. There are a lot of people wasting time fussing about auditions, numbers and marketing. Don't spend days trying to decipher why your audition tape got several more views than several views. I'm glad I realized this pretty early on. It was easy for me to read the stuff about marketing, networking, clipping, etc. in this thread and feel like I'm doing everything wrong despite only having just started streaming.
