Holo fans aren't really attached to EN chuubas, at the first opportunity they will drop HoloEN and move to someone else, and since managers work for the company they have to block collabs to mantain good numbers.

I mentioned what hana said because it might be the reason why the selen collab couldn't happen, selen was doing a fuckton of collabs at the time so it would make sense they wouldn't be able to just reschedule it at that point in time, and since then Selen hasn't been doing that many outside collabs, she also started her 2434 apex thing which gives her even less time for stuff like this, selen wouldn't have announced the collab in the first place if she hadn't got the ok
