It's really between Kiara, Ina, and Gura. All 3 of them have 4-6 hour videos where they never take a break. First second of the fight, Ame tears open a rip in the fabric of time and space, millions of Ames from different universes pour out, each on also capable of bringing more of them. There is more to dodging then naruto running around the arena. Assuming this is a real fight where they're just fighting in a parking lot of a 7/11 Ame probably wins. Fairly fit, got taught some MMA from brother Watson(or probably got into sibling fights with him), poorfag who somehow always survive, and willing to pick up a rock.
If it we're a straight slugfest in that parking lot where none of them escape then Calli wins from hitting them like a sledgehammer.
Lorewise Ame or Ina wins. Ina and the AO is not a natural concept and I'm not sure if Calli can pull some King Hassan bullshit of applying the concept of death to Ina if AO fully possesses her. Even then AO is NOT Ina who is only a priestess mind you, she can still die which would be a loss. Ame brings other Ame's that can take over her mission and there are specific Ames within the Wattropolis council that have killed/captured rouge Ames for initiation. But even if it's only one Ame fighting she's still pretty powerful. It's unknown whether Ames are even considered human/government experiment/robot/etc. so her and the other mythical beings shouldn't be too affected by the color out of space from Ina. Both Ina and Ame have sheer overwhelming force compared to the others.
