Apparently she's a former live streamer/youtuber that decided she wanted to be a Vtuber. She auditioned multiple times at multiple agencies and was turned down over and over. Finally she got fed up and commissioned a model and got it rigged and debuted. Her debut was an endurance stream to 10,000 subscribers, and took her 18 days. (It was all done in to ~9 day streams, so no archive of the entire thing remains.)
After reaching her goal she stagnated for about 9 months playing apex and such and doing ASMR, and finally bought an expensive ASMR mic and started forcusing on that aspect and her channel started growing again.
Her current goal is 100,000 subscribers and she seems to be mostly going with ideas she gets from her dreams, so some of her streams are very strange. Also she's been moving further into showing her real body instead of her live2D model.
I doubt that explains her, but I'm not sure I can sum her up easily.

Vtuber who started out promoting other indie vtubers, playing games with the audience like gartic/soccer/animal towers/web games and streaming 2ch and /vt/ threads, with up to 350 concurrent viewers iirc in the 10k endurance stream. Inconsistent stream scheduling after, killed the hype and stagnated. Now she's becoming lewd-tuber who does ASMR/3DPD shit for numbers.
