Honestly? This is just baseless speculation, but beyond butthurt clipniggers I think 80% of it is the voice.
Ame's voice has a hint of Californian/valley girl with how she enunciates certain syllables, enough to where it adds an element of cuteness/girlyness without being obnoxious (to me and most people, anyway, I think she sounds adorable). But it may remind others (ESLs in particular who hate Ame a lot) of the fake basic white bitch stereotype in general, when in reality she's quite far from that beyond a few tendencies that are inevitable due to her upbringing and such.
