That's how it works in real world. Large boobs are subject to gravity, which squish them downwards, and to compression, which inside the clothes compact the amorphous mass of not quite liquid not quite solid substance into the shape of the bra.
Inside a bra it squishes in the opposite direction of the bra (like Hitomi here, when she squishes them) and then primarily goes downwards.
