From what little I saw from her streams when looking her up, she wouldn't really be out of place in HoloEN at all. Really good at chat bantz, very good chemistry with people that she knows well, bit of a shitposter, and very little lewd jokes.

She has a good head on her shoulders, and knows a lot about how all the big companies work. Applied for a lot of them to get practice, and wasn't bummed out by rejections, so she's mentally stable where it counts (she's also a MyHoloTV reject kek).

But she's also got a bit of imposter syndrome and self esteem issues, which is basically almost all the big EN girls.
Somewhat mediocre singing voice, but that can be fixed with voice training.

Content was mostly FPS and Gun related autism (airsoft obviously). FPS will get her through her early days since EN lacks a dedicated FPSchuuba. And later on, MRE streams or Gun cleaning streams will be fun to see. She also streamed on VRChat a lot, and has know how relating to it, so she should be able to take some load off Ame for those type of streams hopefully.

Numbers wise, it's basically tied on both sides due to the pros and cons of being in StarsEN and the low tier of NijiEN. Tempus gets better raw daily numbers but iLUMA wins in subs, VOD growth, and tourist ceilings.
If I were to pick, I would choose Tempus tho because there's more room to grow, whereas iLUMA feels like they've already been exposed to a shitton of people and people were not interested.
Not numbers related, but I think having talents like Vesper and Magni as genmates is a very valuable resource, whereas talent-wise, iLUMA has been unimpressive so far.

There's also the caveat of every Holostar getting 3D and having concerts eventually, whereas there's no guarantee of such things for a foreign Niji branch.

These EN VODs are fucking huge for their CCV. Bae’s already at 160k for a 5k CCV VOD and it hasn’t even been 2 hours yet since she ended. Similarly, Mori and Mumei are also processing and are at 140k and 120k respectively. Gura, despite being on a CONSTANT decline all stream long, with signs saying people were less prone to tune in due to the decline, is already at 367k. 367k for a stream that was down to 13-14k for hours. Like what?
These are streams that were stuck at 4-5k getting similar numbers to some of these 14-18k JP streams. Nene for instance has a rust VOD with 170k for 3 hours with 16k peak. Bae’s already about to hit that with a 4 hour VOD in an hour at 5k..
