Why do top tier EN girls always sport such underwhelming numbers during gameplay streams, especially compared to their top tier JPN counterparts?

>> No.31410509

They're splitting the audience among like 6 POVs.

I think this actually points more towards what people actually want to see in rust. They saw that And wanted to do her usual Minecraft shift in rust while Bae was coming in with a plan...fuck up Irys. That's what we want! Fuck her up good!

Rike it or not, Japanese is a superior language in streaming and/or comedy acting. Japanese can make normal stuff sound interesting and aspiring.

Because somehow EN Rust just isn't all that good a lot of the time. The JP girls will openly fight each other and blow each other's shit up and then laugh about it together in the aftermath. Stuff like Mumei's "Oopsie I killed you tee-hee!" two-faced shit stirring is boring and irritating by comparison because it never builds up to any big pay off. She seems to want to instigate shit but keep her hands clean which is pretty fucking lame and has especially put me off of her lately. A full blown fist fight is far more entertaining to watch than somebody trying start shit by trolling. It just doesn't feel like it has the same passion behind it that JP has, which is why I keep finding myself turning these streams off to do something else, but I can happily watch 5 or 6 hours of play from the JP branch.

>> No.31412341

Months of canceled streams and low effort stuff can't be reversed by ENgirls suddenly deciding that August is the month they like to do lots of streams. EN3 will have to be like Tempus and stream a lot or hololive will be replaced by phase connect.

Because they courted the ironic weeb crowd as a fanbase and ironic weebs don't care about proper streams.
Kiara when I briefly had her on had 11k. The only EN that cultivated a dedicated fanbase and as soon as she streams the flavor of the month game cracks 11k. Such is the power of telling ironic weebs to fuck off.

Because in Hololive the EN's are not very separated from the JP's, so lots of japanese people watch English streams. Thus their numbers are a lot higher than normal. When they stream next to JP streamers, the JP streamers get all the viewers instead.

>> No.31415494

>>31415396
NijiEN got 34k for their Goose Goose Duck collab (NA hours), and 65k for their Amogus collab (JP hours).
HoloEN is getting these numbers....but they're streaming with the JP's who are much more popular than them. So it's not a fair comparison.

nijien viewers don't care about games either, as evident when comparing the faggots' game stream viewers to their fujobait gay erp asmr or karaoke type streams, so it's unlikely that many of the people watching their watchalong ever stopped by the main stream

>> No.31418291

mostly because jp viewers are concentrated in a single time zone, this tends to reflect later on vod views and explains the higher viewer counts on jp
