They're already here, Kiara and Kronii in particular seem to have a ton of them.
Adding an EN branch after there was already a significant EN audience gave the JP streamers a sudden burst of English chatters that pretty much leveled off back to initial levels as they settled in and moved the discussions into their own circles, I imagine a KR branch would be pretty similar. The only difference is that Korea doesn't have the sheer numbers to overwhelm the home audience like EN did for a while.

KR branch would be small because of that population problem, ID had both a fairly large home country and English fluency going for them. Optimistic estimate is Holostars numbers.
