Elden Ring bosses feel like they have the speed of Sekiro bosses and definitely the scale of Bloodborne bosses but obviously without the fluidity of being able to dodge quickly or deflect. Malenia’s bullshit dance move is an example of the deflect mechanic being the perfect counter to it. If those mechanics were in the game this game would be much more fun to play.
