Well, Subaru and Korone are good at dancing so they could work this out. Mel isn't that bad either. For the others it looks surprinsingly in-sync.
But you have to take in account they have many crutches when they do this miniconcerts.
They don't have to really sing while dancing since they very often lip-sync, they can do multiple takes since it's pre-recorded and they record each part with such an schedule they can get the luxury of taking a week or so to learn just 1-2 dances exclusively.
I think i would need to see the whole video to have an actual opinion, maybe this is just a tiny part they practiced more because it's flashier.
What they do nowadays that they have higher standards (well, for them, performance wise they're still behind any rl idol group) is to focus in one or two dances and then coast of the rest.

Lamy and Okayu are also going super hard on their idol reps lately so I'm not surprised at all. Lamy made a huge progress since her first lives when her movements were extremely dorky, I don't follow Okayu closely but she must be also practicing a lot because she has a paid solo live coming. And if you look closely, you can see that even while in sync they still have all of their unique quirks, like Korone and Mel's movements are energetic and sharp, Lamy's are elegant and feminine (compare it to her posing in HoloSummer 2022 reveal, same stuff) etc.
