I watched a lot of streams and clips and decided I liked the one I liked. I felt like I found my oshi when I found one that genuinely inspired me and I wanted to push her career forward/give her happiness in some way.

When I finally decided to give vtubers (or rather streamers in general) a chance, I went through all the hololive EN members and picked 2-3 seemingly interesting VODs to watch for each of them. I like all the girls well enough, but Fauna's relaxing streams, girlish nature and overall maturity won me over.

Felt a strange, inexplicable mix of fascination and dread after turning her stream on one day. When I couldn't stand to watch her, just because the feeling of loss was so great it made me wanna isekai, that's when I knew she was a conceptual existence who could properly fuel my enormous sense of self pity. Just by existing, she makes me feel incredibly sad and bitter towards life because tfw no blue dragon. Don't even interact with her, watch streams, buy merch or use Twitter. My oshi is Amelia. I'm a coomer so I originally chose her just because her character design is the hottest to me out of Myth. I watched everyone's early streams but I liked Ame's the most because I heavily relate to her and we have the same sense of humor. I love how she's willing to try new things to spice up her streams, such as using her Smol Ame and Bee Ame characters. She's also essentially the director and leader of Myth. The other girls rely on her for VR, and she knows the right people to commission to make assets and models. There's also the fact that she grew up in a dysfunctional lower class family, and now she's made it big. I will follow this girl wherever she sends us.

I'm a simple man that watches chuubas to relax, so someone chill like Ina, Fauna, Botan and recently Kaela, are perfect for my taste. Last thing I need after a stressful day is someone screeching in my ear, and sadly, a lot of chuubas are forcing that annoying high pitched voice, like someone is putting a gun to their head to do it. I'm so glad that Suisei switched to her normal voice. I wish Towa would do it too.

I dmed an indie for legitimate reasons. She replied a little too much. I got the urge to help her out. She acknowledged my help on stream, very thankful. She sings almost all my song requests. Ones she couldn't, she worked on and sang a couple of months later. I do my nihonggo reps for her. I have dropped 50% of the holos I used to watch and all but 2 nijis so I have more time for her. She's so cute.
