1. It sounds fake and gay. Not being a cancer to the hobby isn't a selling point or an indicator of good content. At most it means "is good at networking" which has no positive connotation on content besides mildly personable and at a stretch worst indicates that somebody is not as entertaining as their popularity would indicate because they have good self marketing skills.
2. It implicitly collectivises the entirety of VTubing into a single interwoven community. In the same way that not everyone has to be the clean/keyfabe heavy/gfe sides of hololive not everyone needs to be part of the Niji/Vshojo extended universe to avoid being "bad for the community". How many collabbeggars use that same fucking excuse? "Oh its not fair that the person with lots of views isn't helping to promote the vtubers I like. They should become more like them and join the vtuber eceleb union."
