this. In MC in particular Myth hasn't done jack with the game in.. I dunno. Since the portal thing, and even that was mostly an intro for Council/Hope establishing themselves on the server (and Ina built an onsen). So like, a year since EN as a whole took it seriously.

ID ignored whether or not it's "trendy" to do it right now and proved yes with just 10 people, if even half of those are actually putting effort in weekly and have ideas for builds that take more than 1 stream to do and don't throw a hissy fit over it if it takes longer. Good inspiration+work ethic on ID's end vs literally no creativity at all and entitled spoiled bitch ethic on EN.

Happens naturally. ID is full of super autistic shut ins that do nothing but game all day and stream for most of their awake hours. EN on the other hand is pretty lazy across the board with comparatively much shorter streams and way more breaks. EN3 really needs a max level autist tryhard like Kaela or Koyori.
So often I find myself looking for a stream to watch because my favorites are either done for the day or on break, and ID never fails to fill the dead hours.

The worst thing is, even the few ENs who were somewhat motivated about Minecraft just kind of stopped and lost all their motivation after eveyone else fucked off from the server and left it to rot, because "why do I even bother, no one is ever around anyway..."

Another proof why laziness is so bad, it has an infectious quality and spreads like cancer, negatively impacting and demotivating even others beyond the original lazy people

when I get into StarsEN and if they ever connect the servers or just allow the boys onto the EN server I am going to give the entire server a beautification pass, mark my words.

Fauna was inspired to revitalize the EN server with a guardian exp farm, but there were some issues with the build.

Part of the problem with following guides is that, without a firm grasp of the mechanics, mistakes are easily made. I can't expect too much proficiency from them though. Even the ID mob trap was riddled with a poor understanding of mob spawn conditions.

EN doesn't work like a proper organization like the ID.
ID has:
- Moona, give the command, design and audit everything.
- Kaela, the miner and collector
- Ollie & Risu, the builder
- Zeta, help Moona on design
- Kobo, Anya, Reine & Iofi, free slave labors.

Moona never hesitates to scold anyone who mess things up on purpose and slacking off, it's mainly because they're Indonesian and understand each other.
That's something that EN doesn't have.

Making farms allows better building later on. Once Fauna's guardian farm gets fixed it's gonna be a nice source of fancy blocks. Prismarine changes color and sea lanterns are a nice light source.
