I don't know. I don't watch any Spanish-speaking
vtubers so I can't really say for sure.
What I can *infer* from the Spanish-speaking streamer side, as
streamers and vtubers tend to reflect each other in similar ways,
Spanish streamers are loud and aggressive.
Yes, this is a generalization since loud Spanish streamers
tend to get more view time. But its more of a cultural thing, as
Spanish speaking streamers have a more upfront and sociable persona.
The viewers are also very volatile and immature which leads to the overall
community being exactly like that.

I'm sorry if this upsets you in any way.

Obviously there is no such thing as neutral Spanish, but the old Mexican dubbing was very good at it, but today I think that only Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela have achieved a dubbing that does not sound strange over the years.
